On the whole I have to say the experience in relation to the whole transaction with Brian & Cox has been both professional and efficient. Especially in this case as the reduction in price was definitely a key factor in our interest and the time between being sent the original email and the setting up of the viewing to the offer was very quick. As you are aware we were under time constraints in regards to finding a property and moving in and I feel the whole process was handled greatly bearing this in mind.

I feel it was due to this extra level of service which really helped influence and guarantee that we would complete in time.
